possible in these days of modern communication for all such
matters to be dealt with at telephone appointments, via e-mail,
fax or ordinary post.

follows, it gives us the initial information necessary. When
received we shall reply sending you confirmation of acting, in
principle, subject to compliance with the Money Laundering
Regulations 2003, together with our quote.
The quoted fee covers the cost of all
standard conveyancing steps on selling a house or flat,
including all work associated with a first
mortgage redemption.
WARNING: It is highly
likely that as a result of money laundering regulations that you
will have to prove your identity at some point during the
transaction. This may be done either at our office or at the
office of a local solicitor at the point in time that you come to
execute any document. The solicitor will witness the document and
check you identity at the same time eg by your producing your
passport.
